This is not a date or calendar tool, it is just a set of menus laid out like a calendar.

The download includes this page, two data files, and a generic submenu code txt file. The text file is self-explanatory, but what it contains is a group of submenus already created. There are 4 groups of 7 submenus to correspond to days in a month: 31, 30, 28, 29 [feb in leap year] Each menu in a group has a different starting 1st day of the month, Sunday, Monday etc. This allows you to choose whichever submenu is correct for each month if you decide to build your own menu.
